Because CruiseBulls.com acts as an agent for cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers, each booking is also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. These may vary depending on the cruise line, airline, or hotel involved.

1. Making Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change your booking (such as travel dates, passenger names, or cabin type), please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible:

Possible Change Fees

  • Supplier Fees: Cruise lines, airlines, or hotels may charge amendment fees.

  • CruiseBulls Service Fee: We may apply a small administration fee of up to £50 per booking to cover handling costs.

  • Any difference in fare or price between your original and new booking must be paid in full at the time of the change.

2. Cancelling Your Booking

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by emailing support@cruisebulls.com.
Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone or social media.
The cancellation terms depend on the supplier’s policy, which will be stated in your confirmation email or travel documents.

If your booking qualifies for a refund, it will be processed using your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 10–21 business days after the supplier confirms cancellation.

  • Certain elements (e.g., flight tickets, non-refundable hotel rooms, or add-ons) may not be refundable.

  • CruiseBulls service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations by Suppliers

In rare cases, a cruise line, airline, or hotel may cancel or change your booking.
If this happens:
  • We’ll inform you as soon as possible.

  • You may be offered an alternative itinerary, credit voucher, or full refund (as per the supplier’s policy).

  • CruiseBulls.com is not responsible for additional costs such as visas, travel insurance, or personal arrangements affected by such cancellations.

5. No-Shows & Missed Departures

If you fail to check in or miss your cruise, flight, or hotel stay, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please ensure you arrive on time and comply with all travel requirements.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
  • Trip cancellations or delays

  • Medical emergencies

  • Lost luggage or personal items

CruiseBulls.com is not responsible for losses resulting from events not covered by your travel insurance.

7. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

  • Details of the change or cancellation request

  • Proof of identity (if required)
